The upper structure features synthetic overlaying with mesh, stabilising the foot in place through vigorous movements to minimise any strains forced upon the fabric with key lacing system to secure the overall fit.

Asics midsole material takes on a new role with its spEVA 45 lasting technology and AHAR+ engineering supported by Visible Rearfoot GEL inserts. Enhancing cushioning and comfort throughout wear the EVA blown moulded foam midsole promotes healthy running with a silicone-based cushioning system designed to meet the needs of both professional and recreational athletes. Rearfoot GEL provides cushioning in all directions, absorbing impact forces that helps to stabilise the foot during heel contact.

Consistent with most of the Asics range the AHAR High Abrasion Resistance rubber outsole is a tough compound used at the heavy contact areas of the outsole, helping to reduce excessive wear and extend the life of the shoe. Covering the outsole's platform a Full Length Guidance Line with Vertical flex groove in the sole runs from heel to toe encouraging a more efficient running style, so you can beat your personal best time and time again.
